What is your book about?
Creative Non-Fiction about my career a memoir of the challenges I faced and how I was more like a Millennial than a Boomer.
What inspired you to write your book?
Graduated from Union University in 2013 and like Millennials had a difficult time finding gainful employment so I started my own business and wrote a book.

What is a typical day like for you?
Currently filling the void in education by substitute teaching. Working on finishing my second book which will be about overcoming challenges in education for a First-Gen college graduate.
What do you most enjoy about what you do?
Getting to work with young people as they are eager to learn about the future and their part in it. Currently emphasizing literacy, lifelong learning, and workforce development.
What are some favorite books you’d recommend to our readers?
Essentialism by Greg McKeown, Mindset by Carol S. Dweck, Ph.D.
What advice do you have to offer our readers?
Leaders are readers so teach your children and your grandchildren the value of reading. Literacy is the foundation to career success.
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
My willingness to uplift and encourage others whether I get a profit or not.
What’s next for you?
Finishing my next book hopefully in the next thirty days and then beginning work on the next one.
