What is your book about?
Loving and Living Your Way Through Grief is a guide for those dealing with grief and loss. Filled with supportive explanations of things that happen while grieving, each chapter also includes a Practice that the reader can do to provide them comfort and support.
What inspired you to write your book?
I have had two husbands die as well as many friends and family. I looked for a guide that would help me deal with my grief in a positive way in my search for happiness. When I couldn’t find that book, I decided to write it.

I have been a university Lecturer teaching writing for many years, so a developed a program to help others deal with their grief by writing.
What is a typical day like for you?
I spending time on social media and doing podcasts and interviews about living a positive, love filled life while grieving. I also love to go on beautiful walks where I live in Maui, Hawaii.
What do you most enjoy about what you do?
I love to comfort and support people who are dealing with grief and loss. And I love to write.
What are some favorite books you’d recommend to our readers?
Happy for No Reason by Marci Shimoff and The Success Principles by Jack Canfield.
What advice do you have to offer our readers?
Always do what you love.
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
I own an ambulance company.
What’s next for you?
I am working on my next book and on developing a year long group coaching program for those who are grieving.
