What is your book about?
This is a comprehensive mindset and how-to handbook about the process of developing/preparing wireless facilities a/k/a cell sites from real estate assignment to construction.
What inspired you to write your book?
I spent 35 years working in this field, developed a legendary reputation, and was moved to do this 15 years before I did. This served as sequel to my Masters Thesis in Telecom at CU-Boulder 39 years ago.

Since self-publishing, I’m transitioning to online training based on the book and developing an expanded membership platform.
What is a typical day like for you?
My office is across the hall from our bedroom. 1st, I spend an hour or more getting updated on my computer. Next, I join my wife around the kitchen. Lately, I been making hot water to mix with lemon juice and spend 20 minutes on the stationery bicycle. Maybe we spend time in a devotional. Then its back to work trying to figure ways to improve all relevant aspects of my curation and digital literacy goals.
What do you most enjoy about what you do?
I’m a life long learner and don’t now what else I’d really enjoy at this time. I one that all the fun I needed for life in my first 70 years. Now, being semi-retired is enough freedom for me.

What advice do you have to offer our readers?
Your best work comes from all your heart.
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
How would I know? So many possibilities. How about this nugget- I met my birth son for the first time early in March 2020 not long before he turned 42. He’s a very talented individual who has recently given up IT engineering to create instrumental music. His first album was released last week.
What’s next for you?
I’d hope to create a nationwide, annual evergreen competition for wireless deployment project practitioners to receive recognition, expand my website through more subdomains, and write a screenplay based on my experience leapfrogging across the countryside developing cell sites and sitcoms based on my case studies. My last career dream is to start doing standup in about 5 years.
